The Japanese stainless steel blade resists rust and staining. An ergonomic handle contains up to 30% wheat straw material, and the built-in finger guard helps keep your hands away from the blade.

A fitted blade cover is included for protection between uses. The knife is dishwasher safe and comes with a 5-year zyliss guarantee.
